Objective

The objective of the training program is to inculcate the Internet Ethics, Cyber hygiene, understanding information security and follow secure practices in the digital world.

At the end of the session the participants should be able to-

  • Understand policy recommendations on Information Security in the light of NEP, 2020.
  • Understand Critical Characteristics of Information Security and combating Cyber Attacks
  • Understanding Cyber Security in schools for students, teachers and parents during online learning.
  • Ensuring Desktop / laptop, Browser & Wifi Security and understanding Digital footprint
  • Understanding Social Engineering Techniques and its Preventive measures.

Step 2: Watch live training sessions: Participants have to attend training sessions, which will be live streamed on NCERT Official YouTube channel - http://youtube.com/ncertofficial from October 25- 29, 2021 at 4:00- 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday). The session will also be telecast live on the following channels-

Step: 3 Participation in Quizzes and Certification: Course Assessment Quiz will start from 5:00 pm, 29 October 2021 till 11.55 pm, 31 October 2021. The Quiz link will also be sent through mail to the registered participants.Quiz can be accessed through the link given below.

Participants scoring 70% and above will receive a certificate. Qualifying participants will receive the certificate within 15 days
